Sasha’s Massage is a structured, hands-on method focused on improving physical well-being through precise, intentional touch.
Created by Sasha, a licensed massage therapist with a medical background in neurosurgery and over 18 years of experience, the method is based on practical work with pain, muscle function, and body response.
The approach is simple:
identify the need — and work with it correctly.
Sasha teaches people how to:
• relieve muscle pain and tension
• apply safe and effective techniques
• understand body signals through touch
The method is applied in two directions:
For adults and couples
Partner-based training focused on relieving pain, improving mobility, and learning how to help each other safely at home.
For infants and parents
A Parent-Led Infant Neurodevelopment Method that teaches safe massage techniques and gentle exercises to support:
• muscle tone
• motor development
• sensory stimulation
• parent–infant bonding
The program is designed for infants from birth to 12 months and helps parents confidently support their baby’s development at home.

Partner-Based Pain Relief
You Can Learn at Home
Sasha’s Massage is a partner-based method that teaches couples and families how to relieve muscle pain safely and effectively at home.
Instead of temporary relaxation, you learn how to find the source of pain and work with it using guided techniques, proper pressure, and clear communication.
In just a few sessions, you gain practical skills to:
• reduce pain and muscle tension
• improve mobility and daily comfort
• support each other through intentional, effective touch
This is not just massage.
This is a skill you can use for life.

Parent-Led Infant Neurodevelopment Method
I teach parents safe massage techniques and gentle developmental exercises that support a baby’s natural growth through touch and movement.
During the consultation parents learn how to:
• perform infant massage
• practice simple developmental exercises
• understand their baby’s responses
• confidently continue the practice at home
The method supports:
• muscle tone
• motor development
• sensory stimulation
• parent–infant bonding
The program is designed for infants from birth to 12 months.
The goal is for parents to feel confident supporting their baby’s development at home.
