In this session my client shares her story on camera — a car accident 10 years ago that still affects her neck today.

Assessment showed:

• reduced cervical curve (straight neck)

• chronically shortened upper trapezius

• fascial restrictions in the cervico-thoracic junction This treatment focuses on: — detailed work along the upper border of the trapezius — slow fascial release to improve tissue glide — decompression and mobility of the cervical spine — restoring balance between superficial and deep layers The goal is not just relaxation, but creating space for the neck to move freely again and helping the body return to a more natural alignment.

This video is useful for:

✔ chronic neck tension after trauma

✔ forward head posture / straight neck

✔ long-term muscle guarding

✔ therapists looking for structured neck work Client feedback and real tissue response included.
